This is now my 2nd time doing this survey. Travis (service tech) was great, stellar. My complaint is with the female staff member running the check in service desk that was working on 10/24/24. (Na mm e unknown). She was rude, condescending and totally unprofessional. This is something VW service has never been known for. There is a problem here that needs to be corrected. I am a long time customer of VW who did not appreciated this treatment what so ever.

I took my car previously to be serviced at the same location and they fail to diagnose the issue correctly which caused the situation to get worse and for me to take the car back to your dealership for additional very costly services that could’ve been avoided if the diagnosis was correct the first time. Dealership refused to take any responsibility and made me pay the full price of the service
