Appointment was very convenient and Noel reviewed everything that might have been needed to be done - also recommended new tires and explained the promotion that made the decision easy and cost-effective.

I drove 4.5 hours to purchase the Tiguan SEL-R Black Line at just under MSRP. I received a fair deal that I was happy with. Niello is a fine dealership, and the staff were excellent. On another not, Serramonte in Colma were rude. The Sales Manager would be fired in my book. They were asking 9K over MSRP for the exact same vehicle! I located my dream vehicle in Sacramento and drove an extra hour to save $9,000.00. Sho, the sales representative at Serramonte should replace the Sales Manager at Colma. He was the kind and has "The Right Stuff".....
