There was a little mishap in the shop and Niello could have swept that under the rug. Instead they had high integrity and owned their mistake. The world needs more businesses that are honest. My only quibble, and quite minor, was that my 40k service included tire rotation and I think they messed up my alignment from 3 weeks ago (new tires purchased) when they rotated the tires. Jury still out on this one.

I had a great experience, I did wish the car came with a sunroof but other than that was good all around. The salesman Stephen who helped me again was great glad I got to work with him again. Also lovely was Ray, and the manager Lewis. Glad I got to interact with them all during my purchase.

From my initial on-line search I received a phone from the dealership requisition department. A friendly professional person communicated with me while my vehicle at the time, was being serviced. During what was almost two weeks dealing with my car in the shop, I was over the other dealerships lack of customer service. Back to communicating with the Niello representative I drove to the Niello Dealership. Doing so, I will say that every person I've dealt with this far have been pleasantly kind and professional!
