We brought our 2006 Touareg to Niello for repair as part of a third party warrantee company. AJ our primary service advisor went above and beyond in working through the repair. Due to the age of the car and the fact that the required parts are no longer manufactured he did an exhaustive search throughout the country to ultimately find the parts. During this extended search period the service manager and Scott the GM offered their assistance. To the point that we were provided with a new 2025:Tiguan as a loaner car which we had for a number of weeks. During this time we were introduced to the sales department and ultimately worked closely with Jose Soriano who provided us with information both first hand at the dealership as well as with extensive email, text, and personal phone calls. Although we will keep our now repaired Touareg we decided to acquire a 2025 Tiguan SE R. Jose worked to find us the exact model we wanted. Our thanks to everyone involved. A 5 Starr dealership!

Kept my vehicle overnight to perform recall service. They booked a Lyft to drop me at home but refused to book another one to pick me up the next day when the car was ready stating that Niello only does one Lyft ride per customer!. They eventually booked me a ride when I argued with the service agent that doing just one way ride for overnight service was ridiculous.
