Our experience from start to finish was excellent. This was the second VW we'd purchased from Niello (and our 4th from a Niello dealership), and the resulting experience underscored why we keep coming back. I contacted Louis in search of a particular ID.4 we had decided to purchase, and he worked swiftly and carefully to find the vehicle that matched our criteria. When we arrived at the dealership, Jordan took over and was an absolute delight; he introduced us to the car with an instructive overview and test drive, and then patiently took us through initial paperwork (trade-in, DMV, etc). Alex wrapped-up the process and was also a pleasure to work with as he explained finance options and signing of final documents.

I’m really tired of constant repairs—there’s always some issue. I’m not happy with this vehicle at all. It’s caused a lot of stress for my family. I truly hope Volkswagen improves the quality of their vehicles, especially EVs. I wish you all the best, but this will be the last VW I ever purchase. Thank you.

I had an appointment and was there for 4 hours…. for an oil change. Crazy!!! No car wash or vacuuming. That would be nice for the price. Your inside service team is polite and considerate though. But, next time I’ll take a ride home and ride back, please.
