My appointment was scheduled for 11/14/24 at 10:00 a.m. I was initially told my car would be ready that afternoon. I informed the service rep at that time I would be ok with picking it up the following morning if needed. Having not heard from the rep by noon the next day, I called the number provided and didn't get an answer. I then called the general Niello service number and was told my rep was off that day. I was also told that my car needed a new airbag that was not in stock and my car wouldn't be ready until Saturday, 11/16. I was finally able to get my car back late that afternoon.
