Hello, The customer service at Niello VW, Sacramento was great! Those guys do a great job to exceed expectations. We leased a 2023 ID.4 Pro S Plus. The battery partially failed at 19K miles. After I picked up the care last week, I noticed I Lost 70 miles of range. I called the same and asked Matt, why i lost so much range. Matt assured me that it may take a while for the original range to restore. I've charged the car 3 or 4 times and I'm barely getting 195 miles at 100 Percent. At this point i highly doubt the car will somehow regain 70 miles of range. Very disappointed and somewhat disgruntled at the work they did. This makes it hard to travel anywhere outside of work with this car. Already thinking of trading this car in and parting with VW.

It was easy to get a service appointment. Service Advisor keep me informed about my car while it was being services. He also made additional recommendations that were not listed in VW's routine service but suggested these to keep the car running in top shape....re: additional fuel system cleaning to clean out carbon in the combustion chamber. This something that I read about concerning direct injection cars.
